- A unique 16-digit gift card code will be provided to the recipient's email ID post successful purchase. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the correct email ID is provided so that the gift card reaches the intended recipient.
- The validity of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase. No request for extension of validity will be entertained and the remaining balance if any, will lapse after the expiry date.
- Gift cards can be redeemed by entering the 16-digit code in the payment section under the “Gift Voucher” tab on www.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow mobile app. They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office. To claim the gift card, please enter only the Gift Voucher code (sent in the e-mail) on the merchant website / counter.
- Within the validity period, the code can be used multiple times till its balance is exhausted.
- Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
- If the balance in the gift card is lower than the transaction value, the balance can be paid using other payment methods.
- Gift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card or to top-up MyWallet.

- Please store your gift card code carefully. If lost, the code cannot be retrieved, and no replacement shall be provided against lost / misplaced cards or codes.
- In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Gift Card(s) and their use on our website are also subject to BookMyShow's general Terms of Use &BookMyShow's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
- BookMyShow may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new BookMyShow gift card. Any gift cards that you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without BookMyShow's prior written consent.
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by eVoucherindia.
- Log on to in.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App. Select the event of your choice.
- On payment page, click on the “More Payment Options” and click on the ""Gift Voucher"" tab to enter the 16-digit Gift Voucher e-code & click on ""Apply"" button to avail the offer.
- At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the Cinema/Venue Box Office for actual tickets. Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on the Email Address/Mobile Number provided while completing the transaction.
- Voucher can be redeemed ONLY on in.bookmyshow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App & cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema / venue / box office
